To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Can be cancelled at any time provided there is no outstanding payment dues with regards of the good purchased.

Shipping and Delivery

– Via UPS/FedEx/USPS/Hand delivery.  The shipping rates will vary according the total price of the products purchased and the shipping address. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
In some cases, you will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:Good is broken.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
They must email contact@box5150.temp.domains with all the details and pictures of the damaged goods as described in ‘Refund Policy’ within 30 days. Monaesi skincare will evaluate and further email return label if the return request is approved by Monaesi skincare upon review of the information. Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. Additional Terms

It is the users responsibility to use the products as per directions. And in case of people who are prone to allergies we recommend doing a patch test before the use of any new products or Monaesi skincare products.
We took almost care to provide actual representation of the colors of the packaging of the products. A slight variation might occur between the actual physical product colors and the colors seen in the website due to the photography and light effect when photos were taken.
The information shared in the website towards the ingredients and skin advice is to the best of our knowledge backed by science and hence referenced appropriately. Monaesi skincare is not responsible if the information provided by third party was not right. The information was provided solely for educational purposes..

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
